We put our house on the market in the week that the first corona case was registered in the Netherlands. The pandemic broke out shortly after and we wondered what would happen in the housing market. We could never have imagined that our house would be sold within one day in such challenging times. Rob managed to sell it before it was even published on Funda. He has a huge network of buyers; he knows the local house prices and he’s honest and determined when giving advice and negotiating. This is what sets him apart. Add to that the superb quality of the promotional material, such as the brochure, appealing photos on different sites, and the video, and he deserves a 10 for the price/quality ratio of his service.
Rob takes care of the sale from beginning to end. He stayed calm and confident even when (due to Corona) the bank imposed stricter requirements and the dates had to be changed 3 times. They were uncertain times, but we managed to sell our house for a higher price than what we asked for so Rob clearly deserves an 11 on a scale of 1-10. I strongly recommend Rob Verhoeven to anyone wishing to buy or sell their house.
